  3. Displays the record previous to the one you’re currently working on, based on the current sort order. If you have selected records (see "Select Records"), "Previous" displays the previous record in the selected group.

  5. You can also click on the "Previous" icon in the icon palette. If you hold the mouse down on the "Previous" icon, or if you hold down on Cmd-2, you can flip backwards through the current document.
